Char-Grilled Tuna Fillets

Pairs well with Nobilo Icon Pinot Noir

Tuna is a favorite as it goes superbly with Nobilo Icon Marlborough Pinot Noir and only takes a matter of minutes to cook. The smoked bacon, onions and beans are inspired by my time training in France - a simple version of a rustic 'cassoulet'.
